While thousands of people take to the streets to protest racial inequality and denounce a justice system that disproportionately targets Black Americans, publisher Activision-Blizzard, along with developer Infinity Ward, have included a new loading screen in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare to demonstrate their support for the Black Lives Matter movement.

An image of the loading screen has since been shared across Reddit, and reads:

Our community is hurting. The systemic inequalities our community experiences are once again center stage. Call Of Duty and Infinity Ward stand for equality and inclusion. We stand against the racism and injustice our black community endures. Until change happens and Black Lives Matter, we will never truly be the community we strive to be.

This comes only days after the publisher announced that Modern Warfare's new season would be delayed, and that they would begin taking a harder stance against racist players.

Since the death of George Floyd sparked a national movement, several prominent companies, including Activision-Blizzard, have taken to social media to pledge their support for Black Lives Matter in the form of prepared statements, altered business practices, and monetary contributions.
