Times are tough for fulfilling the needs of everyone's personal Sims-style social bar which makes it a fantastic time to get in touch with your friends through some good ol' co-op. Which makes it all the better that today Creepy Jar has released the anticipated co-op mode to Green Hell, their popular survival simulator. Now up can grab up to three of your friends to brave the rainforest together and enjoy some of the other nice quality of life adjustments as new character models, voices, redesigned menus, and in game chat.

Let's be real: everything about this screenshot looks dope.

The best thing here, aside form the excellent timing, is that Creepy Jar is well on track for their roadmap for continuous improvements to the game over time, with more to come throughout the year. That commitment, delivery, and the release trailer for the new mode paint the picture of a strong gem of the ever-popular "Survive with your friends" genre.

Green Hell is 25% off on Steam until April 12th, down from its normal $24.99 to $18.74. And while I'm not explicitly saying that it's a convenient time to probably learn some skills for surviving in the wild when society collapses on the weight of its own failures, I am abruptly signing off before that conversation continues any further.
