When Conan Chop Chop was announced on April Fool's Day, most people understandably thought that it was a goof. Well, it wasn't.

In fact, a playable version of the game appeared at this year's E3 and Gamescon, and Conan Chop Chop quickly became a favorite of those that had the opportunity to preview it. There's just something magical about mixing a whimsical, cartoony art-style with some thoroughly self-aware humor and then rounding it out with tried-and-true gameplay that makes for an entertaining experience, and the best part is that Conan Chop Chop wants you to bring your friends along for it.

In the words of developer Mighty Kingdom's CEO Philip Mayes, Conan Chop Chop is "an action-adventure rogue-lite party-game. Featuring Conan. I mean, what more can you ask for?". A fair question, and one that will hopefully be answered when the game releases February 25th, 2020 for all platforms.
