Dying Light 2's narrative designer, Chris Avellone, has been dismissed by developer Techland. This comes days after sexual harassment allegations surfaced on social media, which described Avellone as an "abusive, abrasive, conniving sexual predator."
The studio took to Twitter earlier today to announce that their partnership with Avellone had been terminated, stating that the decision was amicable.
While Avellone had been involved in the project for quite some time - having previously announced the game during E3 2018 - Techland insists that his departure will have no negative impact on its development.
