Yesterday, a Microsoft Store listing appeared for the upcoming Crysis remaster, which was accompanied by a gameplay trailer. Said trailer made its rounds throughout the internet and, unfortunately, didn't exactly wow the pants off of people.

Let's face it, had any other game been met with the level of "meh" that Crucible did when it released a few weeks back, that game almost certainly wouldn't be given second chance to redeem itself. But Crucible isn't just any other game - it's Amazon's first foray into the gaming world, which the mega-conglomerate seems to be very much invested in at this point. As a result, the company is taking unprecedented measures to revive the ailing free-to-play shooter by effectively un-releasing it.

That time has finally come, as the company unveiled early today the Shaq-a-Roni: an extra large, extra pepperoni and cheese, thin crust pizza.

A fair amount of evidence has surfaced suggesting that Ubisoft is looking to tap the seemingly bottomless vein of the Battle Royale genre. After several corroborating tweets, followed by a new website springing up out of nowhere, it's probably safe to assume that Far Scape will be the Montreuil-based publisher's answer to Fortnite, Apex Legends, and the like.

Sea of Thieves is embarking on a new voyage to provide its community with the ability to pirate on their own terms, with developer Rare announcing that they have begun work on a Custom Server feature that will allow players to do exactly that.

The only thing that takes longer than saying "Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition" is the amount of time it will take to play through the game's demo, which, from the sound of things, seems to be chalked full of content for players to dive into - no strings attached.

Rome wasn't built in a day. In fact, I'm willing to bet it took way longer than that. This is the sort of mentality I take going into The Waylanders, which I believe is on course to becoming the sort of RPG that Bioware could have made prior to selling their soul to EA. It's just going to take some time.

Earlier today, publisher Square Enix hosted a digital stream called "The Marvel’s Avengers War Table". It was meant to be a deep dive into the upcoming game, showing off new gameplay footage, and detailing what players have to look forward to when Marvel's Avengers launches this September.
