Okay, so it isn't exactly groundbreaking, and yes they did simply replace the 4 with a 5. But hey, at least Sony is consistent when it comes to their branding. As they say, if it ain't broke - don't fix it.
Fans were, understandably, a little disappointed that they didn't get something slightly more substantial in terms of PS5 deets, but Ryan asserts that "there's much more to share on PlayStation 5 in the months ahead, and we look forward to revealing more details, including the content that will showcase the platform and the future of gaming."
